    i spent last night working it out [couldn't sleep], if i say i spent 4 hours in the pub every night, i could claim i rebate worth about 1/2 a pint.........

    You won't get any reduction, I asked my council when I went to Mexico for a month, but they said you don't get a reduction for being on holiday. I knew I was chancing it, but I thought it doesn't hurt to ask.
