Who do I claim?

I took out a loan in 2003 with Firstplus.
The paperwork I have is all from Freedom Finance.
My bank statement says money coming out goes to Firstplus.
Who do I put the claim in against, Firstplus of Freedom Finance?
Any suggestions?
Cheers

I think First Plus is owned by Barclays and freedom Finance is a mortgage broker so it looks like your mortgage was arranged through Freedom and funded by First Plus.
I would think it best going straight to the lender, ie First plus in any claim.0
