What to do with new letters and statements

Hello!

Just a quick question which has probably been asked before, and which I feel I should know the answer to, but here goes anyway.

What am I meant to do with any statements for bank accounts/credit cards that have been listed in BR, and any letters about late payments? Should I send them to the OR? I would have thought that if these companies know I am BR then they wouldnt keep sending me things?

Anyway, I'd be pleased to know what to do with the paperwork.

Thank you very much.

Penny

You can send it into the OR if you wish. It seems to take a while for them to stop.

I filed mine away. When anyone called about a debt I refused to answer any security questions and just stated I was BK and generaly I was passed to the department that deals with it to give my number and court I applied at.

I filed mine in the big black thing outside......

All my debts have been told once by me with a copy of the court notice and if they ignore that then tough. They will also have been notified by the OR and as there is nothing they can do to me then its a waste of their time, not mine.
