Reclaiming PPI
I recenlty tried to get PPI refunded. When I was sold it I was not informed that you had to be working for at least 6 months before the policy was opened and at that time I had not been working for 6 months. I send my provider a letter using the templates on this website.
Today I received a letter saying that I have been sold the policy fairly, that I was informed of all the conditions, that all the documentation was sent to me, that I had a 30 day cooling off period, that I could cancel the policy at any time and that they would not be refunding me the PPI already paid.
What should I do now?
