Can i reclaim charges while on DMP

Not sure if i have entered this on right forum but I was wanting to know if i can claim charges from credit cards, loans, PPI while on DMP. i am with a company called conkers for my bank charges but they refuse to take on credit cards and loans as i am on DMP. Is there any companies that would help me claim these charges as i have a court case coming up with my ex and don't have the fight in me at the moment to claim charges myself. They would really help pay off my debts.

You can but if you owe the companies involved money still if you win they will probably just ask you to pay it off the balances owed so you may not get cash in hand so to speak.0
