'Arrangement' Fees

Hi,
I bank with First Direct, and instead of overdraft fees I've recently had an arrangement fee - as I've 'arranged' to go over my overdraft limit (circa £10 by the way). Have they found a loop which means I won't be able to claim this 'arrangement' fee back now?
Thanks.
Ruth
