    Scales are the things that live in the bathroom or bedroom, you stand on them look down on them and they can either make you mad, cry or feel great.

    A bit like OH's

    I have two sets of scales, the ones in the upstairs bathroom make you heavier than you are and the other set, which are in the conservatory downstairs are correct (I think) so sometimes I weigh myself on the ones upstairs first....then later in the day I will go on the ones downstairs and it looks as though I have lost 3-4lbs:j

    On SW weigh in day I always use the ones downstairs and take off as much clothing as possible. Last week I was down to my knickers as I had just had a shower when I realised that the field over the back fence may not be as empty as I thought:eek: I saw some movement and thought it was the farmer but it was only a horse:rotfl: It did have a right good stare though....dirty mare.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
