Hi can any one help me please, recently obtained my credit report from callcredit,
But realised i have entered the wrong details for my email account also saying my password and login details are not registered! have just checked my bank account and the payment has been made to the company, tried emailing them but keep getting the email address https://www.callcredit.co.uk is not an email address yet got this from callcredit contact us page tried, the .com address to but says the same, so at moment my account is useless anyone no correct address???

It looks like the address given is: care@callcreditcheck.com

If this doesn't work, you may need to phone them. (0113 2441555 or the expensive option 0870 060 1414)
How much does this cost?

Just curious as i just told someone about getting the reports for £2 each from the article

I'm having the same problem, did you get anywhere with this?? they have taken my £12!!??
