hi we have a car on finance with laser which was creartion and b4 open and direct, a family memebr was using i and paying for it but has let us down bigtime so we have it, its alot of money for us so my husband rang laser to extend the term till we sell our hous they passed him to the hp department who said it was a loan so it got passed to the loan department who said it was hp, basically he was passed back and forth for 20 mins, they wont help, what can we do, was thing of paying it on a credit card then balance transfering it to 0%, any help would be great thanks
