I had same problem before.I enetered the code and still charged my card.I sent an email to their support centre and received an email back next day,saying they have manually added the code again and credited back the amount to my account.

Hi, Well it worked, i got my collages, 5 days late but still in time for Baby's Birthday - they look great and i'm really impressed. :T I cannot wait to stick these up, she is so gorgeous, bless her!!

But........................ 1 set of free prints has still not turned up - two weeks later :mad:
and.......................... my fathers day mug that i also ordered two weeks age didnt turn up in time either :mad:

I Can't moan too much about the time prints are taking as they are free but my mug i paid for so i'm demanding a refund and my mug and i will get both
