ADVICE: Currys 28 Days refund policy - on replacement items that are faulty

Hi guys,
Just a quick question that some of you may know the answer to or have experienced.
Basically Currys offer a 28 days refund or replacement policy on faulty tv's, so if it develops a fault in those first 28 days you can get a refund or a brand new set.
However, what isn't mentioned anywhere is what the policy is on faults that develop in a replacement set within 28 days.
Do Curry's give you an additional 28 days from the point of delivery of the replacement TV which has the same terms as for the original set? I.E. If a fault develops within 28 days from the new delivery you can get a refund or another replacement (and then the 28 days is once again extended)?
I can't find any information on this but Curry's policy does say it's 28 days "from the point of delivery".
Would seem silly to buy a TV, have a fault develop on day 27, get an exchange then 2 days later the replacement develops a fault but by then you've lost your rights to a refund, if you see what I mean...
Any info would be greatly received.
Cheers,
James.

The shops refund policy is as well as your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
Contact Curry's, tell them your story and mention that under the Sale of Goods Act that if a item develops a fault within 6 months of purchase it's up to the retailer (not the manufacturer) to prove the item was not faulty when it was sold.
If Curry's decides to be difficult then write them a letter informing them of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), invite them to collect the tv and ask for a refund. State at the end if they don't contact you within 14 days you will take court proceedings to reclaim the money and they will be liable for all costs. Then start small claims court action via moneyclaimonline.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Wow, quite some options there then if all else fails..
Although I think generally Currys are pretty good with returns / refunds in the first 28 days. My first TV developed a fault in this period and they swapped out without even checking it, although my replacement has got some faults but I've only had it for a week. However, it's now 30 days after delivery of the *first* set.
Just interested if the replacement set I got a week ago also has the 28 day period where I can get a refund if the set develops a fault.
Any idea on this?0
