Sorry to hear about your nanna keren. I lost mine a couple of years ago and I'm not entirely sure it's sunk in yet. They do seem to just give up and decide the time is right for them to move on though. My nan did that the day mum died, she was never the same after that.
I'm not going to suggest there is a bright side, because there isn't. We love them and miss them and it's hard. You can take a little comfort in that she obviously went when it was time for her, she didn't suffer the indignity of totally losing control of her mind and body. And you are left with lovely memories of her wonderful baking and her little phrases, all that stuff lives on. I know I become more like my mother and nan every day (even though I'm still fighting it mostly). Hugs to you and your family x:A
