Can the CAB or others cope?

If this has been asked before im sorry, but would like to know considering how many more people have come on here and read here maybe without commenting, can the huge rise in numbers of people in trouble be coped with, is the CAB getting anymore funding?:eek:
Otherwise as people tend to leave a lot till the last minute, will they get the help in time?
