Best 5 Year Fixed Rate

Could somebody please advise what they think is the best 5 year fixed rate mortgage going around at the moment please.
I have a £70K mortgage, currently £62K endownment anf £8000 repayment.
Expires 2017.
I am considering changing to £50K End and £20K repayment as endownment is predicting a shortfall, and also extending the period to 17 years (2022).
Any help would be appreciated.
