Boys Sandals Size 1.5 must have closed toe!

Hi, I'm looking for divine inspiration please!! My lovely 7 year old has size 1 and a half feet and has grown beyond the range of children's sandals in shops such as Clarks. I'm looking for a pair of sandals (normal material, as in stretch neoprene style with velcro fastening) but as they're for school I don't want open toes. He's footie mad and wouldn't enjoy being forced into open toed to play at school. I've found loads of lovely styles but none that sell in half sizes. I ordered a size 1 and 2 in some Merrell trainers and his toes were touching the end in the size 1 but flapping about in the size 2.
Anyone know of any sellers with half sizes? Cheers

There are a few people who sell merrell trainers in half sizes online like here http://www.fitnessfootwear.com/c-167-merrell-trainers.aspx (looks like you need to expand the size thing on the left hand size to show the half sizes). I'm not sure if they do half sizes in kids shoes but worth a look Mel.
