M&S Refunds

If I've removed all the labels and tags from something (but still have them) will I still be able to get a refund at M&S?

I have the receipt and the purchase was 2 weeks ago.

If it is just unsuitable then I agree with fedupconsumer. M&S are becoming a lot stricter with returns.

If it is faulty then you should be fine x

If it's got no tags but in normal condition, you'll probably just get told by the sa that the tags should really be on, but they'll still do it.

If theres something wrong with it and you have the receipt, it should be refunded usually, and the shop will send it back to the manufacturer. Usually someone more senior has to examine the item before they can say yes to it, just to make sure SA's are being vigilant.

People take the mick taking stuff back to Marks and spencers, the amount of people we come back with evidently worn clothes, claiming to be unworn, is ridiculous.
