Hi
We are expecting our 2nd child in about a months time and have done really well since joining this site in that we have managed to clear nearly £5000 on our credit card. The plan was basically to get clear before the birth. Even though we have done really well we still have an overdraft outstanding of £1000 which we really, really want to clear!
My question is does anybody have any suggestions as to how we can do this. We have tightened our belts as much as possible.
** Because we only allow referral requests/posts on the referral forum, i feel you need to decide whether you are asking for general moneysaving advice outside that board, or referral requests ONLY through a post on the Referral Board - Edited by Abuse Controller **
Any other serious suggestions like this would be much aprreciated.
Many thanks in advance!

Any referral type schemes can only be placed on the Referral Board if this is how you intend making up the £1,000.0

It might not be your first choice but my partner and I have made £150 a month selling junk on ebay, it would help you to get a little bit closer.0

good idea!!
basically took a look at our finances and tightened our belts - ie moved suppliers for gas/elec etc. unsubsribed from sky, cancelled old direct debits - this basically saved us £300 per month. have a second job which lets me work two evenings from home a week that pays another £100 a month. have also been following the gambling and referrals forum on this website and taken advantage of most free bets as well as the affiliate future referral that was posted a couple of weeks back.
that's pretty much the main of it!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
