make sure you tell them when you book the lane it's a free game - i didnt and had an argument with them as they didnt want to accept coupon as they didnt know about it. also you need to read the t & c as there are restrictions as to what times and days you can use the voucher as well.

I had the same problem, so I said to the lady "can I book a lane for 10 minutes time?" She responded with "no". So I asked for the centre's phone number. Walked outside, called, asked if they had any lanes and could I book one for ten mins, also said I would be using a voucher, and they honoured the booking and accepted the voucher. What a palavour though!

Still working, just registered and got an email back with free game:

Terms & Conditions - Valid for one month from date of email and voucher is valid for up to six people. The offer must be pre-booked with your chosen centre and you must mention this voucher upon booking. The offer is valid from Monday to Thursday's only and applies per person for one game of bowling. Subject to lane availability and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
