Hi Everyone :hello: just catching up as not been around for a few days. Had quite a good shop today
Got this Botanics Setfor £5 - half price
and also some Elle Macpherson Perfect Day Cream reduced from 5.45 to 2.48 and also still on BOGOF.
Some bits of Time Delay still around including wipes and hand creams so it seemed rude to leave them there at half price (did leave some tho).
Couple of Ted Baker Bath Soaks at 1.50 and also managed the T&G MM Erin Illuminating Shampoo with the Dry Shampoo - did not bleep, must count the dry shampoo as styling??
Had lots of the Natural Collection, Sanctuary, Ted Baker,Rose stuff???, and S & G on offer including the Soap and Glory Big Butter Blueberry stuff at half price but smells really sweet - would prefer the peach one but was still full price.
Think I could have used some ACM voucher with the Botanics buy but is half term and had both DS's with me so lucky I got in Boots at all really!!0 -
OK Girls (and guys), nearly serious mail now
Webby offer: 500 points with 2 premium beauty, one of which is supposed to be skincare
Last time the 500 point offer was on, it was giving away points for pencil sharpeners. It would be rude not to try it, so here's my challenge:
What's the best bargain you can get before it goes out of stock, ignoring the DIORalyte below? So many glitches, so little time...0 -

Wonder who dreams up all these things in school? I bet if we googled our spelling memories, they will all be out there, waiing to haunt us again.;)~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

What does your 'house' look like with make-up on, anyway? Mine complains about the 360 degree mascara - it says it's rubbish, like most folk on here
:rotfl: :rotfl: It looks a damm sight better than me ~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
Awww I feel so guilty for sending you out in rush hour and causing you a palava SK
Ta so muchly for trying. May be worth waiting a few days for the price of the lip gloss on the tills to be altered, & then I'll try it out with a couple of glossy locks- if it went through ok and the SA tried to take away the gwp afterwards then it sounds like it stands a chance of working if the lip gloss goes through correctly.
You're an absolute star for trying for us all. Hope your headache has gone nowx

Ok... Tried the P&P Body Serum - defianately not part of the W/B range i'm afraid folks, so no 300/350 pointer usage thereTried at 2 different tills lol (even no7 counter ) but she spun round the till monitor and it was a definate 'not met' screen.
The No7 lipgloss, even though reduced to half price -and there was signs stating so - goes through all tills (even SS) as full price (£8.75) causing no end of problems!
Had to get SA to void the SS till transaction, then try normal tills with GWP and 2x lip screens to (hopefully take over £20), lipgloss still scanning @ full!
Then SA also said to top it off 'oh, it's under £20 now cos of the bogof on the lip screens, so you can't have the GWP' blah blah blah, (and this after it had gone through ok mind!) Ahh, get stuffed lady....we know it works regardless of bogof..and proceeded to tell her if the till says its ok, then it's ok, and who are you to argue it? Felt momentarily bolshy, then walked off. ...
So this does definately not work either as the till scans at full, meaning you have to manually have it reduced, leaving far too many 'variables' for the SA's to clock onto.
Sorry it's not yaaaaaaay news guys, I have a headache now too

Did you enter the raffle in Boots Liverbird?
I was going to go town today (Mainly to get my camera fixed) but heard that city centre was 'a sea of people' so stayed at home. They will still be there tomorrow.
SA told me that they were holding raffles etc today to divert people from the new Shops. Don't think it worked though.
Saw it on Granada reports and it looked amazing. :T :T
I can see Boots CS moving into there soon. I have never been to the Trafford Centre but now I won't have to. :j :j
City Centre was really busy! We walked up to Liverpool 1 and saw the crowds and thought we would leave it till another day! Its going to be an amzing place when its all open. Didnt enter no raffle....but noticed freebies like choccie biscuits and chocolates all around the store.Had a nice glass of Bucks Fizz in Marks and Spencer too!

I hope DD is soon feeling better and you can get out and about again. I didnt see any of the reductions the op are geting on here. Either I am losing my sight or my store are still selling them at full price. Still it feels like it compulsory to search them out doesn't it.
Breaking news...... A first.....OH has just asked me is there anything in my stash that...... I answered 'yes' before he finished speaking as I knew I would have whatever he wanted. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
So He has just got into the shower with an Olay body polisher, and a Botanics body hydrating moisturiser thingy. That will be followed by E45 itchy cream (he's been working in fibreglass.... Bless) Don't tell him :shhh: I am slowly converting him. He even loves his No7 GWPhope she gets well soon amelia's mummy. Thanks girls....she's just had another bout but managed to get her to bed now....will try and get out tomorrow afternoon when DH gets in from work if DD stops clinging to meRubes ~ thanks for the offer hun;)Sam ~ don't be pinching any of the bargains if you get there before me:p if you go text me if there is anything good ( please);)Pollsdolls ~ make sure oH doesn't use the tan enhancer in the male GWP if he's had a couple of drinks !This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Forgot to mention that Lord Street Boots (Liverpool) had loads of reduced stuff in the basement. Couldn't justify buying anything till I get down on my stash here!0
