Hiya :) I must have put that eyeliner in my basket and taken it out at least 1/2 dozen times now - I LOVE the colour, with my dark brown eyes I tend to wear a lot of jewel like eyeshadows and eyeliners especially turquoise...BUT...when I have tried it out on my hand it takes ages to dry, and I have found that with liners like this, unless I apply it and clamp my eyes shut till it's dry, I end up with it coming off my eyelids and ending up below my brows if that makes sense? Plus when I try to remove it from my hand it requires a LOT of scrubbing with a wet wipe!

So what I want to know is...is this liner worth it?

Hey :) I have just been playing with it now and omg it's fabulous! Goes on very easily and very smoothly and when applied only stayed wet long enough to easily wipe away a mistake with my finger. I think it would definitely wear well without smudging etc.

Obviously it isnt the most practical colour for day wear, but I think it would add a bit of lift to a more neutral brown/gold colour/muted blue, but I have just been trying it on the back of my hand with the say perfect mousse in pewter and that would look gorgeous for a night out (absolutely love the mousse too) but it looks absolutely fab with the top colour from the rainbow pallette, really good match.

Buy it, buy it now ;) :rotfl:

Hiya, I only bought two, didn't want to be greedy. I also saw a lady buying no 7 stuff while I was in there and I gave her one of my £5 off coupons. Spreading the joy. My DD (3 yrs old) has N I T S:eek: I think. I bought a nit comb from Boots and you could drive a bus through the teeth:mad: No use at all. First time in my life I've had to deal with these little blighters. Any advice on whats best to use? I've been told lots of conditioner and tea tree shampoo. I just hope my 1 yr old DS doesn't get them. He has hair that looks like spun gold.

I've found the best thing is the Nitty Gritty comb which is sold in Boots!! It gets the beasties out like nothing else. I use a pot of the Boots Essentials white coconut conditioner as I find I can see them against the white background. HTH.

Still no reduced S&G blueberry thrill waaaaaaaaaahhhh! But I did notice different pink S&G stuff (including the wrinkle filler) and an empty space on the shelf with a SEL stating (I think) trick or treat blemish something or other, anyone know what this is? Unfortunately I still need blemish solvers :(

Got this stuff about 3 months ago and it is utterly fantescticles :D:D

It's called Trick and Treat by S&G and it's an undereye concealer for dark circles/late nights, (trick) that's also meant to over time treat the problem area (treat).
It has a special yellow tone in it to combat the purpulish hue of undereye shadows. I would very highly recommend it... (maybe to you night chatters?...lol :rotfl:) Seriously, get it, it's good... ;)

Looking at the website I found an even better better bargain to what I geeks ago with Olay Definity Serum. Last Month I got a free Deep Foaming Moisturiser at the same price of the Serum... But....
 This time you get another Serum...:j If you prefer Serum to moisturiser then you're on a winner.:rotfl:

Also the Time Delay products are mega cheap on the website but not so good in store. I hope I'm not repeating what anyone else has mentioned.:o

    If so appologies:eek:
:T:money:has saved me a small fortune! Thank you.

I think it's this one (I use this and I would recommend it:D ) it's 7.00 so if SK bought 4 and used 4 vouchers she would've paid 8.00 for them. HTH

I went to boots yesterday mainly window shopping as my funds are very very low at the mo but I though I would post anyway. I bought nc witch hazel stick and go the nc bag free. So thanks to the op that was a great bargain as im stocking up on my present drawer.

They had loads of reduced ted baker stuff at glasgow braehead, and some reduced nc. Didnt get much of a chance to wander round as dh was waiting in car with ds.

I know its not a very exciting shop but thought id share anyway. I read here all the time and dont really have much to say as you all seem like experts and im just a novice but I am trying to learn.

    thanks everyone

We has visitors too last week! My eldest DD has long blonde hair so a nightmare making sure I got them all. If you have nits the chances are they have already laid eggs which will hatch over next few days so its best to keep checking for about 10days. I got Hedrin from the pharmacy (in mine if you register and don't pay for prescriptions they can give you certain items - this is great 'cos it saves waiting on an appointment or paying a fortune over the counter) but to be honest I think it's best to comb through the hair with loads of conditioner, especially on younger kids because some lotions seem quite harsh. I do this every week (when I remember  )but since "the invasion" I'm doing it everynight just to be on the safe side!

Look out for whitish "small blobs" . about an inch or so from the scalp - they tend to stick to the shaft of hair - hence why the comb should work. ;) These are the eggs. Also look out for grains of sand like stuff which can indicate nits but if you kids are like mine and regularly hide in trees ect this isnt always obvious.

Personally, I like a metal comb as I feel the plastic ones "buckle" after a few uses, I got one in Boots last week. Its quite small with a blue handle, think it was £2.99.

Oooooooh thanks for that SK I have terrible dark circles, when putting on my face (which with two littlies is rare lol) I have touche eclat which is my make up bag must! But it does nothing to solve the problem, so I will give this a whirl :D
