Been to Doncaster Frenchgate 2day and been told they are getting SS tills in July where the sandwich counter is at the moment. Yipee. :j Tried to get meditteranean gift today but it wouldn't work. I must have done something wrong I think.:eek:0

Forgot 2 say i got fit flops 2day in size 3 and they are a perfect fit. They only had black in a 3 but they don't look bad. Had them on for an hour and I feel like i've done a workout so i'm hoping they will have some sort of affect on my belly. Got Oral B 8000 toothbrush as well and it's great. Got online code for £10 off on other board. Think Morty 007 posted it so I want to say many thanx 2 her.:beer:0

Hi, I really want to get a NC bag for my friend at work who's having a REALLY tough time and broke the zip on her make-up bag a few days ago. I thought I'd surprise her with one to cheer her up. I've been to Boots the last 3 days but they've been out of stock. Can anyone recommend the best day / time of day to go when they have new stock in because the SA's aren't very helpful.
Thanks.
Broclo posted earlier that today is the last day. Did you ask if they have any bags in the stockroom - that's what I did yesterday and the SA came out with an armload of NC bags! If you get a chance tonight, give it a go!0 -
Checked this today as still haven't got my head round which ones work together. The 2 for £9 ends 17/06 so plenty of time to get even more confused.Glad that I am not he only one who can't get head round this one! ( never could with the expert on either ~ so gave that one a wide berth !) however I do want to take advantage of this one ( scuse the pun:p ) so i'll have to get my head together. This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. I have called my local store & they have the Med GWP BEHIND the counter..... How am I to get them & do the PC BOGOF as these SA are hot ( not in a sexy way either )
Also if your store does have the Med GWP & you know you have to spend £10 ( no PC voucher ) why not BUY a GWP for £10 & qualify for a 2nd FREE thus only costing £5 each which is a bargain.
That's how I got my two hogshead - I couldn't be bothered to work out what was what either
Now I feel guilty because I've used up a gwp
Great pictures everyone btw. It gave me the incentive to clear a few shelves if nothing else.

Great pics and they were ok as they were (sorry pollsdolls). Peeps can always right click and copy them and then magnify them themselves

I honestly think this is a complete !!!!-up with the acm voucher! I've not had a voucher go through without a bleep, and even the 2 SA's today tried a couple of different combo's and ended up over-riding the till, which was in my favour (not sure quite how that happened!) I have a couple more vouchers I'd like to use, so if anyone has a £3.01 combo which works without a beep it'd be great if you could post the exact combo and I'll write it down! Am wondering if it could differ from store to store?
Having read back todays posts, I'm gob-smacked at some SA's rudeness - definitely needs a customer services course! And also at the selfishness of some people - exactly what was predicted has happened, a glitch ruined because someone wanted 10 bags and was too lazy to do 10 shops!!0 -

I transferred my make up into one, but it wont fit. Not roomy at all, so useless for me. But good for the grandchildren for their 'play make up' :T Catching up on last nights posts
That's why you needed 6 Shooz bags then? :rotfl:

Oh no it wasnt that one lol - i can see that shop from my window lol. Never normally had any trouble with the staff in there - though the manageress is hard work - tried to tell me a £39.99 printer that was £10 in sale in other branches was the clearance price - was stickered £39.99 but were that price originally - she wouldn't budge so i went to bury n got it there for £10. I went to the one in town - went back and they had removed the lot off the shlef. That assistant has it in for me im sure. Always polite with all the staff too. I will get her lol.0 -
I would have wanted the ground to swallow me up if that had happened to me. Bet you were soooooooo glad that you hadn't 10 bags in your basket;)
Why would anyone need 10 bags?
Greed Rubes. Pure and simple.
On the other hand, I wouldn't welcome a SA tapping me on the shoulder either, because what if someone actually does want to buy two bags and an extra item?(Not that I'd imagine they would with those bags
