I bought 2 picture mate packs from clearance for £6.25 each. Opened one and the cartidge isn't for this particular picture mate. Returned one no problem but the had opened the other one so didn't think they'd accept that one back. I'm running out of paper too. I bought about 6 packs of Kodak paper in clearance wished I'd got more. Used all that up and need more.

The same sort of thing happened to me pollsdolls with the NC bag price but the .50p was then deducted from something else.

I wont get a NC bag in my local Boots. I took 2 NC things to counter but the bag scanned at full price. Obviously I made my excuses (me having thought they came free with a purchase over £5 not *NC* purchase over £5 LOL) and left it there. Thats if i picked up the right bag of course, didnt particularly love the pattern so wasn't going to pay extra for it. What do you do with ten of them? Maybe pack up gift sets for prezzies i suppose.

Managed to get a lovely No 7 pack though after purchasing No 7 Toning Tan Maintainer which was BOGOF so only a £10 spend. Forgot to get my voucher out of the mag tho plus I could have whipped out the extra points one that came in the GWP but I forgot about that too! Still Im happy cos I still saved money and got what I wanted.

This thread is amazing. The amount of times I have paid loads in Boots; it's nice to read about these offers, etc.

Holy crap, i guarantee it wasn't me, as i don't use that store! And I was asleep til 1pm Not that i'd ever take that many :eek:, wow obviously someone very brave/stupid...

if its the boots with the sainsburys next to it then it was probably the same woman that threw the soap and glory bag at me when i went in the day after buying soap and glory product and realising i had forgot the free bag, had my receipt and explained to a sa and she called the manager over who said "oh just give it to her" and threw it accross the counter to me

The £10 spend is for the Mediterranean GWP and you do have to spend the full £10 to get that.

The NC bag will go through free with any purchase of NC items. Some people have got it for less than a £1.

The points coupon in the gwp is for cosmetics only so you didnt miss out
I have 6 of the nc bags and plan on keeping one, using 4 for hampers and giving one to my nan filled with miniature toiletries at xmas
