shellylovesshopping wrote: »Hi - hectic week this week - my first week as a single mummy and im shattered! My LO is 21 months and is rapidly heading towards the terrible 2's so into everything and his favourite word of the week is "NO". Finding it pretty tough working full time and then looking after him but im sure we'llget into a routine and we'll be fine. Things amicable with me & ex at the mo so hopefully this will continue!
Tried to get No 7 GWP in my local boots using No 7 suncream but they didn't sell it! Went to another local and yay they sold it. Managed to get 2 eye/lip sticks and 2 aftersuns. Didn't get hair stuff as I wouldn't use it. There were no signs up saying BOGOF so SA didn't notice they were less than £20 as I got some nappies for LO! The SA in this store are really fussy and won't overide anything! Did the same transaction again for some suncream. So ended up with 2 GWP and used both my PC vouchers. Gave one of the GWP to my mum - she was well chuffed bless her.
Have to go to Peterborough on Thursday with work so hopefully they will have some NC GWP left as again my little local boots don't stock NC.
glad to hear things are going well for you.
Don't hold your breath for Peterborough- it is my local and last time i looked had no reduced stuff at all apart from the usual broken, half used
bottles of things you don't need!
I will be popping in after work tomorrow so will let you know what they have.0 -

None of the bags left today though and that was 10:15 this morning.

I know that we all love to have a good look at all all our stashes....but is it normal to keep staring at our receipts??? :rotfl: Do I need help?
Another weird bootsting behaviour unveiled: I keep the receipts and often look at them again to marvel at the great bargain I got!!!If you "get" help, let me know, 'cos I need it too.:rotfl:

I know we're not suppose to do this but I don't feel right throwing these away.
I have 3 1/2 price sunglasses vouchers if anyone wants them? No need for SAE just pm your address and I'll send them out to you.
May also have a few more coupons to giveaway but need to sort through my living room as my daughter has got into my Boots wallet and has happily distributed all my coupons around the room. It wouldn't be too bad but she's done the same with my Tesco coupons. Honestly, you turn your back for 2 seconds!!'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. honestly just not been my luck lately!
Ok so i may pop into boots tomorrow and try the Nc thing but doubt i will get any reduced so will have to pay £5 ...
I have no vouchers because of awol card...
am wondering how i can disguise my basket cheap and fill it out about.
May get some mens no7 for fathers day but will still be a £12 spend at least and then with the free one it leaves me with £2 away from a NO7 free gift again
you all make it look so easy!!I know in the stores by me some have NO7 tanning range on the No7 stand, however I have only located the Lip and eye screen on the 'normal' shelves where all the other tanning ranges are located. This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Didn't see anything decent in there the last time I went to a meeting but did manage to get some Boujous tweezers! If they have some NC bags could you please hide them for me to get on thursday!!!There are only two things a child will share willingly - communicable diseases and their mother's real age0 -

Click on "Advanced search" near the search box at the top. Then type in what you want to look for - and tick the "completed items only" box. HTH!!

I can't snip any of this cos I just think it is all so accurate - me down to a "T" (why do people say that?!). Love Poundland (most of my friends wouldn't be seen dead going in but are very happy for me to buy them bargains from there!) and love bargains.
And I smell lovely!
Hope this helps clare+3

As for Poundland? I'd never buy, for instance Nivea, before checking out Poundland. It usually beats BootsOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0
