I put £1 top up on my sim, i have received the free texts and i have text for orange wednesday but have not had a reply, does any one know how long it usually takes to get the reply.0

I know it sounds dumb but what is gprs as i went on my settings with o2 and it says all calls 53.16 and then it says gprs 25.18 mins what does that mean?
I am unsure and i dont know. thanks for any answers.0
