Peace of Mind Plan PPI

Please could someone tell me if Peace of Mind plan payments can be reclaimed? I am currently paying approx £15.00 per month on an account with Simply Be. Although this amount fluctuates depending on the amount outstanding each month i have been paying it for many years now. If so, would i follow the steps for PPI reclaiming?

    Sorry, I have posted this question on another thread but i have not had a reply.

    I have received my statements from studio and was wondering if you can claim back the payment protection charges. I am just about to type my first letter but need to know if i can claim them back so i can add it to the rest of my claim.

    If anyone could help it would be more than appreciated.

    I think you will find that you can only claim a refund if you were mis-sold.

    Otherwise if you no longer need it you can just cancel it.
