Hi All,
I have just qualified as a beauty therapist, and want to start a business (Mobile beauty).
I was also thinking of renting a beauty room within a hotel to start a business.
Also wondered will I get a trade account to start off with as I have poor credit?
Thanks.

You should be able to register with a trade supplier, but you will probably be better off paying for stuff as you go, rather than getting it on credit.
To start with, have you thought about working in a salon first, they have all the equipment and you could then gain experience and hopefully build up a client base. Then if did go on your own, you would have customers.
Also, once you were earning, you could start to build up stock and equipment.
Nothing to stop you doing mobile at the same time, although you would possibly need a fold up treatment table.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

Mobile is good. I'm probably one of many that works long hours and it is great that I can get someone to come to me to do my hair. Saves me time and a lot of 'faffing' about!
Get yourselves a reputation - a good one - and the recommendations will follow. Good luck.Genie
