replacement manual for sewing machine - website anyone?

I have been given a sturdy old sewing machine from my husbands aunt, and I need a manual to go with it. I seem to remember seeing a website for manuals, you could download one for free, not just sewing machines but everything. Does anyone else remember it? I have tried searching but can't seem to find it.
