21st century living.
i have woodburning stoves. i place pans of water ontop to heat for washing up , cleaning, drinks. So its free hot water as the stove is lit when its cold enough to need heat in the house.
i dry my washing on a victorin type ceiling pulley thing.
next step, the hip bath in front of the fire?
potty under the bed/ good for the compost I believe.

sorry but the potty under the bed is a step too far for me I'm afraid. I know people take modern plumbing for granted and there's a lot of wastage but I'm giving up flushing loos and showers for no one!Mortgage OP 2025 £6000/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Yeah, my bath's pretty hip.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
