BELLA - you ought to take his radio (??) that he uses to listen to Sky Sports - do it while he is asleep, and then deny all knowledge the next day.

It will give you a good laugh watching him getting all frantic searching for it!!
It could just then 'mysteriously' appear in a couple of days & you can then chastise him for being so absent-minded!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

I hope he isn't bringing your self-esteem down because you will almost put up with anything when you feel so low. Chin up girl, and the worm needs to start turning methinks! ;)

SFH - I know things feel wretched for you at the mo', but generally speaking, affairs tend to fizzle out when the novelty wears off & the guy gets over his mid-life crisis!
Be strong for your ds & don't let your husband make you feel worthless - he has been the weak link in this, not you!

Make time for lots of 'mummy cuddles' with your ds - it will help you both! xx

(((((hugs)))) spend some nice time together. go for a walk or something. xxxxx
  • SFH – I know I don’t "know" you but I have been through a similar situation and am sending you big ((hugs)).

I was left in a flat that I couldn’t offered to pay for on my own, I didn’t know what to do and I thought my life was over. But it isn’t. You will get over this and will be a better person for it. Karma has it’s ways of getting it’s own back on the little sod.

I am thinking of you and if you ever need to talk, shout, rant or rave – we will all listen and support you through this difficult time.

sfh hun,can your son not go stay with nanny for a couple of days?
as i know my eldest was affected when me and my ex hubby were rowing, and im sure hes still to little to really understand,
as for your oh say you will only talk to him in a neutral surroundings ie a pub or a park, that way they will be no shouting ect,
and if hes left you with no cash and you aint working go to the dss and they will give you a cris loan or even social services they will also help you,no 1 will say no as you have a son and they will do all they can to help,
if you have no food do you have a local foodbank?
just remember you are STRONG dont stay sad and wallow as it will make you feel worse,
go and bake a cake with your son and then take a picnic to the park,
were all here for you hun,

Ahhhh, but the best way of making people look irrational when they have a temper is to smile sweetly while they are ranting and raving, then calmly say 'look at you' and 'really, is it worth you getting yourself like that over?'
It really makes them flustered cos you are being ultra calm & rational.

My oh hates that soooo much, but it makes me feel in control!

I am a massive believer that you only have one life & you should live it to the full. Sometimes it pays to stop & ask yourself, 'is this really want I want for the rest of my life?'

If the answer is 'no' then you have to change things for yourself so that life can be all you want it to be.
