my ds after getting stitches out last week on leg,went Mountain Biking with activity group today and yes you guessed it bruised all over and maybe broken rib ,he was checked over there seemingly and had to be helped off bus he is unbelivable luckily had hat and all proper stuff onJust back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream0 -

Had a great time today - and loved the clay pigeon shooting! No prize I'm afraid but the whole team did really well and had a laugh too. Such a lovely sunny day too (and the tshirt isn't bad!).Life is all about the journey.0
