Buying stuff for xmas at Amazon

Last year I bought some stuff early (about Oct) and put it away til I needed it. When I got round to wrapping it I needed to check one item (a children's book) on the website so went back on to verify it was exactly what I ordered (it looked way bigger on the web page). I noticed the price had gone up on this item so I checked all the other stuff I ordered and guess what? all that had gone up too. So, just to warn you - buy early for xmas from amazon. Though I expect you lot know of a way cheaper place to buy cds and books than amazon! If so please let me know. Thanks

Doesn't show up on find-cd.co.uk as yet, possibly because bangcd doesn't seem to have any affiliate scheme. Sent from Singapore, so delivery is generally 5-10 days. Also do music DVDs

I bought a PC Game for my Hubby last year from Amazon for Christmas (received it in October I think)

Unfortunately it didn't work on our computer and was unable to return it to them as the return time had ran out....had to sell it on Ebay for about a 1/4 of the price I paid of it.

Just a word of warning.
