Has anyone got a recipe for Bread pudding that you make in a loaf tin that you can slice and spread with butter? They sell a lot of these on the bakery counters in Welsh markets but I can only find the reipes for the pudding type.
Thanks for reading and hoping someone can help as my husband and son love these.

Why not try baking your ordinary bread pudding mix in a loaf tin. OH makes bread pud in our house and it always comes out quite solid so I'm sure it would work in a loaf tin0

Thank you Sandy for the suggestion. I did make the pudding once and it came out a splodgy mess
. Will try again with less liquid.

welshgranny you have to squeeze as much water out of the bread as possible after you have soaked it.. I use a clean linen tea towel and twist the ends to leave the bread wet but not dripping IYKWIM :rotfl:#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

This one looks quite good. I guess you can use bread instead of croissant.
