disputing defaults template letter to cra

has anyone got a template letter to dispute a default with the cra i have paid a default off and now want to dispute it in the hope it will not be worth the companys time and money to verify it and there for remove so called default instead of having it on my file for another 2years 9months any advice template or link would be great cheers

also has anyone suceeded in this method:confused:

    As i understand it the CRA will not be able to remove the default. They will need to be instructed to remove it by the company that put it on.

    Edit: then again - i could be totally wrong :confused:
