Csma Credit Card

Hi I am after some help with regards to an outstanding debt on a credit card. The situation is this: 20/03/08 owed £7622.37 at 0% made a payment of £155.00 on 11/04 and then made another payment of £400 on 25/04, these payments have gone 'missing' I paid them through internet banking. Apparently the csma card has been taken over by Goldfish and the payments are lost in the system. Paid £160 over the counter at the bank on 16/05/08.

We have been charged late payment fees and have the 0% revoked (it was due to end in June) After loads of phone calls I thought the matter was resolved, until today when another bill landed on the mat. Outstanding amount £7640.56 minimum payment £300 and another late fee due by 17/06. I want to move this balance as the 0% has run out but until it has been resolved I can't. Any suggestions welcome.

I think yuo need to give them a call and find out what the hell is going on! How can they loose all that money!?! Might also be worth putting a call into your bank to see if they can help with anything..... they must be able to trace where the payment has gone to.

Thanks for replying, I feel like we are being passed from pillar to post every time we phone. I think its time to deal with a manager at the least.

Arrgh just tried to phone them and they closed at 2.00 will try again tomorrow
