Mortage for second home

Hi,
I am looking to remortgage my second home however as currently reverted to standard variable rate. I am looking for a mortgage product which does not tie me in as potentially sell second home in next 6-12 months.
Will it be difficult to remortage second home with current credit crunch conditions?
Thanks

Remaining on SVR is probably your best option. Any fixed rate/discounted deals would likely come with hefty fees, and if you are looking to sell in 6-12 months time this would not make financial sense.poppy100
