Rip off, i am in the process of making a complaint to Disney Store for this.

The book is sent by Grolier, they sent me 8 books and an invoice for £8.68 and they advise they will continue to send chargeable books every 3-4 weeks :mad: then had to make another phone call to the 0870 number to get a free returns label.

Have sent the so called 'free' book back as its nowhere in the t&c's that its a bookclub.

strange,,,think its the same format as the McDonalds free Disney books.,,and they give u and option to get more books..not called this one yet.

unsolicited goods arent your problem and they must come and get them within 6 mths or there yours!

You have the option to return them but its cost me phone calls to claim the book and again to get rid of them as there is no returns label in the pack, plus a trip to the post office to send and get proof of posting ... T&C number 4 says nothing about this in the competition details regarding claiming the book.

I'm disappointed, I would of liked the book :rolleyes: Will be interesting to see if anyone gets the Ratatouille book on its own, whether the person who took our details was trying to stitch us up just to add to their sales target.

You have to ask to opt out of the book deal whilst on the phone, they asked me if I wanted to join the book club I just said no and I got my ratatoulie book no problem a couple of weeks ago and so far no other books have arrived!

Looks like we got the rip off advisor then because we didnt get the option. Never mind, I'm not wasting anymore money calling them. :rolleyes:

I got this book sometime back, about 6 months ago I think. They do tell you about the other books and ask if you if you would like to take up the offer, you need to clearly tell them that all you want is the free Ratatouille book. I think you've been quite unlucky.
