You have been paying through a DMP , but the DCA want to increase payments ? If that's the case before a Judgement is made the fact you have a DMP set up, will be very much in your favour . If you can only afford £1 that what would be awarded . A DCA may agree to suspend interest but can change there minds at any time . According to the CC Act the creditor has to supply a CCA and statement of account on request . They do not have to supply all monthly statements .But now its going to court you can request any and all paperwork . Until they supply all these, you can not be expected to agree with what they say . You can put that on your statement to the court . You can say that you are unsure if the CCA has been correctly executed or that the amount is correct . DO NOT FORGET INOCCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILTY .0
