ok, can't say too much about this one (for obvious reasons) but does anyone know the process from logging an application to the Employment Tribuanl service.
I've logged my complaint and received a 'receipt of acknowledge' but what happens now? Anyone know?

There is info on this government website and the acas website about tribunals.Torgwen..........

In my case I was contcated by ACAS, but they couldnt resolve the problem, so in the end I had to go to the Tribunal. I hated every minute of the tribunal and I have nothing but contempt for the way they dealt with me, but thats another story and a long one at that.
