Clubcard Deals Refund Q

Hi all,
I have some expired Days Out and Theme Park vouchers that I want to write in for a refund on but I have a little problem...
They were ordered via two different clubcards and I didn't write down the serial numbers of the vouchers on the letters when they arrived. Now I don't know which is which unless I hazard a bit of a guess based on the serial ranges remaining. (Some of the vouchers I received were used so they don't total the amounts on the letters).
Just wondering if anyone's got any idea how to link the serial numbers to a clubcard number, to a booking reference or to the 12 digit alphanumeric online code.
The orders were from June and August last year.
Has anyone asked for a refund on the wrong account and either got away with it or had trouble?
Thanks

Cheers. I *think* I've worked out which accounts they would have come in on so just hope I'm not drawing attention to myself if I stuff up. (Only about 75pc confident)
