Cheap Small Wardrobe - To buy or Build?

My eldest two have high beds, and we are re-using the space in their room.
So we need wardrobes to fit underneath them.
They should be no more than 135cm high. I've tried to look for cheap Tallboys that I could put a rail in or cheap small wardrobes - and I am getting nowhere!!!
So, how difficult would it be to build some?
Anyone done that?

have you looked in the ikea brouchure as they do those type of beds and we managed to get one at a reasonable price0
