Ooooh I just had to post this as I am so chuffed.
I don't normally shop at major supermarkets (only Lidl) but I went to a large Sainsburys to get my prescription.
While i was waiting I went for a browse not intending to buy anything. I passed my favourite Cinnamon and Raisin bagels and noticed they had orange discounted stickers on. Reduced from £1.29 to 20p a bag! Had to go find a basket in the end. Then I found loads of their Taste the Difference ciabatta rolls all down from £1.35 to 20p. Next was the Strawberry and Cream scones - also down to 20p for a large bag. Everything, of course, is freezable.
Spent £2.80 and had two carrier bags full of lovely goodies which are all freezable. As I only eat a small loaf a week thats enough to last me wayyyyyyy past Xmas:)
