I have a tip

Options
For once i have a tip rather than asking for help lol!
Not sure where to post it so I'll pop it here and I'm sure some kind soul will move it to the best place.
Today i put red hair dye on my hair and sat on my white leather sofa to wait for the regulation 30mins. Anyway at some point i obviously leant back. Didnt notice for over an hour by that time the dye had dried.
Tried soap, washing up liquid, leather cleaner to no avail.
went on a frantic search of my flat for inspiration and came upon my tube of whitening toothpaste. Thought i may as well give it a whirl and it worked!!! rubbed it in with my hand left it for 10 mins gave it a scrub and the dye has gone. Whats more that part of my sofa is now noticably cleaner than the rest of it.
Not very money saving for a whole sofa i suppose but i think i might start buying a cheap whitening toothpaste every few months and giving my couch a clean. :T

For this I use nail varnish remover as it works a treat! How do I know? Sharon Ozbourn uses the same method and on Ozzy!!! :D (Saw it on their show months ago)

The acetone in nail varnish remover will dry the skin. If you use it on your skin, apply moisturiser immediately after.;)

I normally wipe my face and ears with wet wipes after colouring my hair, BEFORE the colour develops. I only use semi permenate though...
  • I used to use the nail varnish remover but awwww I'm a bit sensitive. Didnt know Sharon did-well as I got same colour hair (ish) if I get stuck I will revert to that-toothpaste worth a try tho-nothing like cleaning behind your ears!
