I had an email from ebookers with some fantastic deals and NEctar points too!

It's got Rome for 3 nights in 3* hotel with flights for £189, must be booked by end of Jan. It might exlcude V-Day of course, but have a look.

If you can't find it on the site, I can forward the email to you if you PM me.

    Hi All,

Just a quick one...has anyone applied for the Amazon Mastercard through Rpoints? I applied 2 weeks ago tomorrow (Friday 09/12) and haven't heard anything yet. Should i contact them or continue to wait?

This was an option to ditch my ridiculously high interest HSBC CC so if i have been turned down i need to know ASAP so i can try and shift the debt before my special offer balance transfer rate runs out as per my previous posts.

    PS..I'VE GOT A MONEY TREE.....
Total Debt as of Sep 06 - £22 978

1st Milestone - Pay off HSBC CC £535.00 to go.

I applied for the Amazon credit card through the Amazon site itself. I had an instant online yes decision, heard from Amazon after two days and the provider after four. Not had the card yet but its only been 9 days.
I would have thought you would have heard something by now.
    Regards

    Thanks Xbigman,

When i applied it mentioned something about once i receive the card blah blah blah, so i thought that would have been a yes...

I was actually thinking maybe it got lost in the post, so i'm keeping my eye out for the balance transfer to take place, as i think they said around 10 days for this to happen.

Shall i hold out for another couple of days then try and get in touch? Does anyone have a contact number for them or shall i email? Also, i never recieved an email confirming. Did you?

    Regards

    Donna

Hi All, I'm kinda duplicating stuff here, as i wanna try and keep my debt records in the same place (I.E) this post, however i have a cahoot flexible loan query. See post here

Now then, i have just been on the cahoot website and there cancellation policy states:
    Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your policy from the date of commencement if you decide within 30 days of receiving your policy document that you no longer want the cover. A full explanation of your cancellation rights can be found in your policy document

However, i only cancelled mine around the 25/11 and i have had the loan for over a year.

I have been reading elsewhere on the site that people have recieved refunds of the PPI payments, and as i have been paying mine for over a year was wondering if anyone had had these on cahoot flexible loans?

    Thanks in Advance

    Donna
