does any one know if its worth your while doing all your own recycling and taking it to the centre instead of letting the council take it away. iv heard some places will pay you especially for tin cans etc?

i would love to heard some reponses to this thread interesting very interesting i think copper is worth alot but tin can may be pence hopefully someone will be along soon with some proper info!

yeh i know bout copper bein quite expensive but tin aluminium not so much. however it must be worth sumthing as councils take it and the amount i see lying around when out walking dog etc .... kill 2 birds with 1 stone. every penny counts!
