Hi there, have anyone heard about this company? we recently received a letter from them, they haven't said anything on the letter but asked us to call them. we tried to search them on the internet and found out that they propably are a debt collector. We haven't owed any companies any money, we found it very strange and they even got our name slightly wrong. does anyone know what is happening? thks

They are probably looking for someone with a similar name to you.
If its an 0800 number you could phone them at no cost to you.
If not then write a letter to them, put it in the envelope you received it, and send it back to sender.0 -
Ignore anything you get from this company they are a debt collector but personally i think they are scammers.they aren't registered with company house, which makes me think they arent legitimate.
They sent a letter addressed to my father who has been dead for over 20 years my 90 year old mother was extremely agitated by this letter as she thought they would owe money to them needless to say she doesn't and neither does my late dad. I am going to report them to trading standards.
