Is this Abbey mortgage actually available?

Hiya, I keep seeing good mortgages on moneyfacts.co.uk such as a 3yr-fixed at 5.47% - the trouble is that they don't appear on the Abbey website. Is this because they don't exist, or they've been withdrawn, or are they only available to some and so not advertised?
I was going to phone abbey and ask, but would rather know now if they're not going to have a clue what I'm talking about!
Thanks
Pete

As far as I know the 5.47% direct-to-customer rate was withdrawn a couple of weeks ago. I believe 5.63 is their current 'best' fixed.0

Some of the deals are only available from intermediaries rather than direct.0

...and will be higher than the direct rates.0
