Hiya
This morning I got a pack of what I thought was mince out of the freezer.
It wasn't, its stewing steak.
Can I stick it in the food processor and mince it up? or will it be too tough?
Thanks

Maybe if you cook it first. You can puree cooked steak for babies so I'd assume you can mince it?Taking baby-steps :beer:0

Naa, that be fine.
I mince my own from chuck steak. Thats the whole point of mince, its the not so nice/tough cuts that you should mince then cook for a lovely long time!Sometimes you get what you deserve... :cool2:0 -

Use the pulse button or process it in stages. If you're not careful, you'll end up with mush, rather than mince.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0
