getting debt paid and credit score file

hi everyone i have just paid a ccj off in full this month and sent away to get it satisfied on my credit file and have just made payment on a defaulted account (payed in full) and waiting for that to get marked satisfied i have one outstanding default from british gas for £186 that i hope to pay very very soon could anyone tell me with all these paid what impact it will have on my report/score i had problems late 2004 with my wife died of cancer and 2 defaults and the ccj from above recorded early in 2005 as these were just forgotten with the strees of losing a loved one and coping with our 5 month old son i was left with thing are better now so trying to get hold of my credit file any advice would be great!

It should make quite abit of difference my wife has satisfied defaults and judgements and now score 900 on experian whereas i havent cleared all mine and im only 5940 -
900 thats great well done could you tell me what it was up from and how many defauls ccjs were paid how long ago many thanks im just eager to get my score up after bad timesyou cant change yesterdaybut you can make tomorrow better0
