If you mean the yahoo one - I wouldn't bother - its crap - I used to get them but they would tell me about a "new" sim card offer when I already knew about it for at least a week every time0

I was signed up to Sim Alert for a few months and they missed nearly every one on here. I then unsubscribed which was a job in itself..0

I cannot remember the last offer we missed, I don't think there's been one for a long time, if at all.--Tony-- wrote:I was signed up to Sim Alert for a few months and they missed nearly every one on here.
There have been issues for some users where their own email provider or client has mistaken our emails to be spam and not delivered it to the recipient. This is sometimes the case with Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL and similar, but out support team help out these people if required and they realise it's not a problem with our service.
We also list all our previous alerts in our archive section on the Zinester site (who we use for our email service). This shows all the previous alerts and you can see we've not missed one at all since moving to Zinester and starting the archives.
We also have offers listed in the free sims area of our forum, this is done by our users, not site staff, and as such we'd know very quickly if we missed an offer.
Unsubsribing is easy and can be done via the Zinester control panel or easier still by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send out.--Tony-- wrote:I then unsubscribed which was a job in itself.
Our mailing list has over 10,300 registered active members at present and appears to be growing daily. We get a lot of 'thanks' messages and positive comments about the service, so I suspect the issues you had with missing offers may have been client side or at your email server. Either way, we offer a free support service which is available from our site ( I won't post the link as I don't want to spam MSE forums ) where our staff ( unpaid volunteers, but very knowledgable ) will help out on every issue possible.
I am sorry you found problems with the service, but I suspect we can help you if you wish to continue using it.
Thanks
