hi
i paid online for some ryanair gift vouchers for my son as a christmas present. he never received them by email as he should have done. i have proof that the money was taken out of my account and have written and emailed them a few times, but no reply. i cant afford the £1 a min phone call. the vouchers were £20, it dont seem much but it was a lot for me. plus my son didnt get a present this christmas.
